Jura was bought in from a good friend of ours in Perthshire.   She's an extremely intelligent and biddable dog.  She's excellent for picking up and as an all-round shooting companion. She's got style, drive and is an excellent marker and she thrives on long retrieves and runners. 

We had our first and our only litter from Jura in 2005 (to clarify she had 2 litters prior to us owning her) , she was mated by us to FTCH Kenue Fir of Leadburn  and she produced 8 cracking pups, 1 we kept back and the others are showing great promise.  A pup from a previous litter with the person who owned her before us has produced a FTW, so we have high hopes for our own litter, several of which went to trialling homes.
